5 minute Core Crusher Workout! Are you IN?


Here is what we are doing today:

1. Plank dip downs side to side 
2. Up up down down 
3. Knee to opposite elbow 
4. Ab Walk Outs 
5. Side Plank/Side Leg Lift and hold

Aim for a minute of each! It is TOUGHER than it looks!
